Here's some PDF files that you can use to print your own genkouyoushi:
If there's a different combination of paper size, box size, etc, you would
like, send me a note and I'll generate a PDF file for you. Here's the original
Postscript source, with customization instructions for different paper
and box sizes. I don't know how to contact the original author. Download this
only if you know how to print Postscript.
